Since we announced the immediate closure of all our boutiques nationwide, the COVID-19 pandemic has only worsened in the United States of America. We encourage you to submit your prayer requests digitally via our website and look to us socially for the encouraging word you or a loved one may need. Our family is here to lift you up in difficult times like these. Your health and safety is our number one concern. Please use this time to take care of yourself and your loved ones. We have faced adversity before and, unfortunately, will face adversity again. I firmly believe we will get through this.

In these challenging times I go back to my rock, Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. For their safety we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to ensure the protection of our distribution center associates. We are so grateful to our distribution center associates for their work and dedication through this time.

While our boutiques are closed, our website is still available.

We have always supported our associates through hard times via our Flutter Fund and our founders have recently added additional money into this Fund so that we can continue to assist our associates who are in need.

Our Leadership Team has already reduced their salaries by 20 percent, and all home office associates have reduced their salaries to help during this time.

Altar’d State will continue to provide benefits for all qualifying associates.

All full-time store associates will continue to be paid thru our June 5th pay date, even if our stores remain closed.

We have extended our temporary store closure and plan to re-open each store when deemed safe.While we have already taken a number of actions to support our people, guests, and vendors, we are taking more measures to support our Altar’d State family in the best way possible. Our number one priority here at Altar’d State is our associates and guests and we are making all decisions with you at the forefront. We are continuing to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19.
